1、How to order from Fonderpharm?
To confirm order after receiving email quotations, simply log into yourFonderpharm account, go to "Inquiry Know" and proceed to order with your quoted items. If your organization requires other documents before an order can be placed, please notify your primary contact at  Fonderpharm to seek further assistance.

2、Business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 PM, please contact us.
If you need to order our products on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays, please send an email to sales@chainpharm.com/info@chainpharm.com and we will take care of it first thing on weekdays.

3、How soon can I receive quote, order confirmation, invoice etc.,from Fonderpharm?
Fonderpharm respond to 100% of inquiries received online and offline. Quotes are usually offered within 24 business hours since inquiry. Online inquiries are processed even faster. Quotes are available through emails as well as online in your own  Fonderpharm account.
Order confirmation are sent immediately after online payment received. Proforma Invoices (PI) are available instantly after quotes. Commercial Invoices (CI) are available after order confirmation. Both can be provided by your Fonderpharm primary contact upon request or be directly downloaded from your own Fonderpharm account.
 
4、How can I know the expected dispatch date/lead time/delivery date?
Fonderpharm will include an estimated shipping date in each quote. Typically, spot orders are shipped within 3 days after payment, while custom orders take 4 - 6 weeks. The actual delivery date is based on the order confirmation date.
Delivery times can be calculated by comparing the shipping date with the order confirmation date or offer receipt date. Delivery dates vary by shipping country and depend on customs and local delivery efficiency. Fonderpharm can only offer estimated delivery dates based on past orders.
 
5、Can I have a consolidated shipment or partial shipments?
Based on the number of items ordered and expected dispatch date as well as on whether the compounds are hazardous, consolidated shipments and partial shipments can be provided upon request. Please clarify your request at any stage before earliest dispatch date. Your primary contact at Fonderpharm shall help you adjust shipping costs and plan dispatch schedules.
 
6、Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?

Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount.Regarding price, delivery time, and purity, you can contact us for a quotation.

Please contact our Sales Department and provide the following information:
①The product(s) that you are interested in, please provide the CAS number and its name.
②The exact quantity ordered for each product.
③The purity of the product you want.
④The delivery time you want, whether it is in stock, whether it receives customization, etc.
⑤Please let us know in advance if there are any special packaging instructions.

1、How to track my order?
After order confirmation, you can see the status of order in your account on Fonderpharm. A dispatch notice email will be sent to your registered email address.
Tracking numbers are also available in your order list. You can log in and track your orders any time if the dispatch email is somehow lost.
Your primary contact and account representative will be able to assist in customs clearance for international orders. So do let them know if you encountered any trouble.
 
2、How to cancel an order?
At Fonderpharm, we take great pride in our product quality and service. Therefore, each order cancellation request will be handled one-on-one with our account managers. Please do give them a chance to help you make amends. The more details you provide, the easier it'll be for them to identify the problem and offer technical suggestions.
 
3、How to return a product back to Fonderpharm?
To avoid confusion, please ask your primary contact for Return Material Authorization (RMA)and fill the form with necessary information. Shipping address will be provided to you after RMA approved by Fonderpharm. Refund (if apply) will be processed immediately after returned goods received by Fonderpharms  Warehouse.
Fonderpharm will bare shipping charges and handling fees for returning goods only when product quality is proven compromised within three working days of the delivery date.
 
4、We previously bought this product in liquid form. Why is it solid now?
Check the product's melting point in the SDS. Usually, products with a melting point of 0 - 45°C may be liquid in summer and solid in winter. This property change doesn't affect quality. Rest assured to use it.
 
5、Why is there a big color difference between two purchases?
Our product color is within a specified range in the technical specs. Products with nitrogen may easily change color, but it won't impact quality. Feel free to use them.

Our labels include company title, contact information, website, product name, CAS number, purity, appearance, storage, tare, gross, net, and contract number.If you have any request, please contact Fonderpharm.

2、How to query SDS, COA and analytical profiles?
Please mention in your inquiry request of COA, MSDS or other documents. You will be provided these documents together with quotation and/or before order dispatch in emails or hard copy with actual shipment.If there are certain index you require, please let us know as well to include in the technical documents.
 
3、What is the usual shelf life of Fonderpharm products?
Shelf life for each product is substantially different. Please ask your primary contact to inquire on shelf life for specific products.
 
4、When storing the product, if it needs to be refrigerated or frozen, at what temperature () is it best to store it?
The recommended refrigeration storage temperature is 2 - 8, and freezing storage should be below -20. When refrigeration or freezing is needed, the required temperature will be shown in the "Storage Temperature" section on the product detail page.
Even without specific storage instructions, keep the product in a cool place below 15.
